This picture was taken in March 2015 during our Iceland Photo Expedition. Snow, sleet, rain, wind - you name it, we were dealing with it. This was an incredibly beautiful scene, enhanced by the contrast of the black sand and the snow. We plan to return in February of 2016 for more winter Iceland adventures!
