North Beach is a neighborhood in the northeast of San Francisco adjacent to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf and Russian Hill. It has hosted the North Beach festival for 61 years. Artists gather and create chalk drawings during the two days of the event. While watching the artists, I noticed one who had his chalk organized in a box in the rainbow array shown here.
