I was driving from my house through intermittent showers to Ballast Point in Tampa to take a photo of Tampa's skyline. After about 40 minutes of driving, I was about a mile from Ballast Point and it was raining. I almost around because I thought the skyline would be obscured but I continued anyway. When I got to the parking lot, I saw the scene in the photo. I took the photo as quickly as I could.
