This was shot in the early morning hours August 20th. The shot is of the Tyler Davidson fountain on Fountain Square in Cincinnati, OH. The building in the background is part of 5/3rd Bank. When Fountain Square was renovated a number of years ago 5/3rd Bank installed the color changing panels on the front of their building. This image was shot at 20mm 1/4 sec iso 100, f3.8 using my Sony A57 with a Sony 18mm-135mm and it was edited using Photoshop Elements and On One Software Picture Effects.
