Sitting atop the second highest point in Paris(after the Eiffel Tower),is the Sacre-Coeur Basilica and the Butte Montmartre section of the city. The area was a mecca for the art world at the end of the 19th century.Image was shot from the bell tower balcony at Notre Dame Cathedral.
