I haven't a clue what this "bug" is ,it may be a humming bird but it is quite small.His wings were going fity thousand mi. an hour.

The "bug" is a Humming Bird and your right,that little bugger would not stay still for a moment!!
In my desperate desire to get a picture of this,I almost stepped on a snake.Literally.

THIS IS A HARD SUBJECT TO PHOTOGRAPH,I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES WITH OUT ANY LUCK,DARN THINGS JUST WILL NOT STAND STILL.DON'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT THE BUG! BUT THE FLOWER LOOKS LIKE PHLOX WHICH GROWS WILD AROUND HERE AND SMELLS SWEET!
