"Yellow Surprise:" Any of you who know me will know how deathly afraid of spiders I am. I was taking photos of some yellow wildflowers and reviewed the image at 100% in my display to check for sharpness of focus, when suddenly, I almost dropped the camera to see this yellow spider up way too close and personal. I had never seen this type of arachnid before. I tried to face my fears and continue shooting, although I believe at that point, I went from my macro lens to my telephoto zoom! Nikon D810, 70-200 lens @ 160mm, f/7.1, 1/320 second, ISO 200. Handheld, and from a little distance!
