It is not too often that so much water cascades down like a huge waterfall, especially in Arizona, but after the latest winter storm mix passed through, it left lots of rain and snow to be gradually melted off and flow through the local lakes and creeks. This picture is of the Wolf Creek Falls, which is only seasonal, in the Prescott National Forest, AZ. The sun hit the water spray at just the right angle to produce a small rainbow's arc toward the lower half. By Theresa Rose Ditson. Gear: Nikon D810, Nikkor 24-70mm @ 40mm, f/22, 1/5 second, ISO 64.
