While travelling through Finland one August, I was on the lookout for an interesting landscape photo when this solitary tree caught my eye. Summer is nearly gone and the sauna building in the photo will surely see plenty of warming sessions during the winter. Look closely it is nearly centrally located. To me,this tree is a survivor of the cold harsh Finnish winters. The camera is a Canon 40D with a Canon lens: 24-135mm Ultrasonic, Image stabilizer and Haze 1 filter.
