I am not from San Francisco and have only been about a half dozen times so I am not sure if this is a common perspective or not, but on a recent trip I was searching for a different view of the Golden Gate Bridge. After walking back and forth across the bridge I wandered over to the other side of the bridge and found this spot and took a number of shots. After getting home and looking through my photos, I thought these shots looked too much like snap shots so I did some post capture processing in Lightroom and Nik Silver Efex 2.0.
Captured with a Sony Alpha 850 and a Minolta 28-135 lens at F10 and 1/200 second.
