Mandrills are colorful primates. This mandrill‘s facial expressions occasionally made him appear deranged. Captured at the Pgh Zoo.
Canon EOS 7D, 1000 ISO, F4.5, 1/125s, aperture priority, 70-200mm F/2.8L + 1.4x TC II @ 110 mm. Cropping, color/exposure adjustment, subject sharpening, cloning to remove a white spot in the foreground, and slight background blurring, using PhotoShop Elements 10.
