In North Georgia, these flowers grow wild and in the Spring are gorgeous. Most of the blooms produce nine flowers, unlike the azaleas one buys in garden stores. All of mine are a warm white color. I decided on Black&White to show the texture of the plant...not as easily seen color.

Because the plants grow tall, it is very easy to photograph. D-200 on the tripod, 60mm Nikkor optic, CS-2, and Nik filters.
