Photography we live in a world today where digital photography is the go to format for taking pictures. With everything from digital cameras to Smartphone’s, not to mention the endless manipulation with tools like Photoshop, the instant gratification tends to get a little stale. For me, my photography is not only about capturing a moment in time, on film, or digitally it is also about the developing and printing from those negatives. It’s about taking the time, the very steps that seem to be taken for granted these days. Being part of the process; of seeing the images that I have captured come into view in the darkroom are one of pure excitement.
