Who's got whom?

I grabbed this shot while walking at Viera Wetlands, near Melbourne, Florida. At first I though this Greaty Blue Heron had caught a snake, but on closer inspection I realized that it's prey had tiny feet! It was a giant salamander. The struggle lasted a few minutes but in the end the heron prevailed.
