Taken by Susan Porter while exploring an architectural salvage shop. Some of my most interesting photographs are of items from past decades. I love to explore the salvage shop. With each turn I see something that inspires my creativity and connects me with the past. This photo represents that feeling. In the front is the old weight drawing me in close to examine it, yet the background hints at the other treasures yet to be explored.
