Ricketts Glen State Park in Pennsylvania has 22 named waterfalls. This one of B. Reynolds I believe. We went after two solid days of rain and the falls were really flowing. I thought I would need a longer exposure but the water was so fast I lost a detail at a longer exposure so I went with .6 of a second because I really liked the look of the water juxtaposed against the solid rocks. I underexposed 1 stop to keep the mood on a rainy summer day
