I just bought a new camera and took it to Park City for a ski day but never used it because of poor conditions all day, coming back the sky cleared just as sunset was starting and I knew the perfect place for a photo of the mountains would be the local golf course because of the open space and because there would be no golfers because of the recent snow. I framed the mountain with the golf course trees and was able to catch the beginnings of sunset on the light snow storm happening on the top of the mountain.
Taken with a Nikon D850 at f/4 and exposure time of 1/2000 sec. ISO-400 because of the lowering light and a focal length of 66mm. The lens was a Tamron 70-200mm zoom with a Tamron x2 converter. set at about 250mm. Lightroom was used to crop the image and to lighten the shadows because of the failing light.
