I recently retired and was given a lovely bouquet by my work group. As the saying goes "I have a retirement plan. I plan to take photos." So I took several photos of the lovely bouquet, the entire bouquet and as the flowers began to fade, of individual flowers in various arrangements. This was one of my favorites because of the graceful curve of the stem coming up from the vase that seems to disappear into the background up to the pinnacle of the bloom profile. This photo was taken with a Canon T3i, EF 50mm f1.8 lens at f16, ISO 200.
