This image was taken aboard a steel hulled sailboat in Disko Bay, Greenland. I spent a week aboard sailing all night to photograph the icebergs in the fjord under the light of the midnight sun. The light is varied, sometimes golden, sometimes an eerie blue; the icebergs are massive and breathtaking.
