This photograph is from a Water Drop series that I am creating. This is purely macro photography. I used a single flash set up to freeze the motion of the waterdrops and I experimented with different backdrops and objects to capture the water refraction. This photograph utilized everyday colored pencils and the backdrop was a photo of different flags. I used a macro lens and the d7100.
