I went all the way to the ground to get this one and kept a shallow depth of field to highlight the front tulips. The bokeh resulted in a panoply of color. I used a Nikon D 300, Nikkor Zoom lens (18-200 mm.), and a Tiffen Circular polarizer. The ISO was 200, F/8, and 1/160th second exposure. I used a Gitzo Tripod and Arca-Swiss Head.
