The flower was a very pale shade of green-yellow with streaks of darker green. The original photo was taken from about 5 feet away with a Nikon D750 and a Nikkor 70-200 mm f/4 VR lens at 200 mm. The exposure was f/11 and 1/800. The original near-monochromatic image was tightly cropped and then converted to black and white using Nik Silver Effex Pro2. Image by Irwin H. Segel.
