This distressed arborvitae had been planted in an expanding housing development in Van Meter Iowa but, someone apparently abandoned it to the heat of the Iowa summer. The shot was taken with a Sony a6000 and a Zeiss 16-70 F4 Zoom lens at 47mm, 1/100sec. and F/8.
