The Trail, by Susan Pantuso, was taken with a 5D Mark III and an EF24-70 f2.8 lens. The exposure was F13 at 1/160 second at ISO 800. Basic adjustments and conversion were made in LR and PS.

My husband will never let me photograph him. This day was no different. We were walking on a trail in Claytor Lake State Park in Virginia. It was a beautiful fall morning and the sun was casting shadows across the forest floor. Unbeknownst to my husband, I waited for him to walk into the shadows as he was about to take a turn on the trail.
