During a recent cold spell (-35 degrees) in Jackson Hole, the stars put on a fantastic display. This shot was taken with a Canon 5dmarkii, originally as a color photograph at ISO 1600, f2.8, 5'. I also attached a .9 GND filter to help mute the nearly full moon. The image was converted to black and white and a little artificial film grain was added using Silver Efex Pro.
