Took this off the pier looking back at the viewing deck and I saw the barge coming through, but I was waiting, till the right moment of the tourist on the deck. Then I saw the guy looking at the information sign and as the barge got closer. I then modified it in Lightroom, using the cloudy effect and modifying those settings. The barge was going across the underground tunnel off to the left, of the three bridge, two tunnel system to go across Virginia.
