This image was shot in July of 2014 shortly before 6am on a trek specifically to find wildlife. Little Brown Bear was seen in the north eastern part of Yellowstone just strolling along taking time to smell the flowers here and there.
A Nikon D3 handheld with a 70-200 and TC20E III, f/2.8 was used to capture this image with the following settings:
1/80 sec
f/ 5.6
ISO 2500
300mm (70-200mm, f/2.8) with the TC20E III
x-Rite color checker was used to calibrate camera and set white balance along with other subtle enhancements made in Lightroom CC.
