Photo taken in Santa Fe NM using a Nikon D2x, ISO 400, 1/320sec @ f/5.6. This image was first brought into Light Room where exposure corrections were made. From there I worked the image in PS CC2014. I completely blurred the photo and using a mask painted the cowboy and horse back in. I used Topaz Glow/Brilliant Fibers. Adjustments were made within the plugin, after which I used a mask in PS to paint out areas. The image was completed with the addition of a Totally Rad Dirty Pictures texture. Opacity was adjusted.
