One evening we were crossing the Glen Jackson Bridge between Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. The sun was setting as a storm approached, casting an eerie glow on the river. I took a chance--rolled down the window and shot. I had to crop the lower part of the photo because the bridge wall detracted from the photo.
