I photographed this scene with a Nikon D 7100, a Nikkor Zoom Lens (18-200 mm.), with a .9 Soft Lee Graduated Neutral Density Filter. The ISO was 320, F/18, 1/3rd second exposure, and a Focal Length of 48 mm. I used a Gitzo Tripod and Arca-Swiss Head.
