Out on the pier at Waterfront Park in downtown Charleston, SC when the storm clouds started forming for a nice dramatic scene. I had just a few minutes to take couple of shots before I had to hightail it to my car parked a few blocks away before the rain came down. I used a dark blue tone to really bring out the drama of the scene.
