This image of a male peacock was taken nearly two years ago at a local farm using a Canon 50D / 135mm @ f5.6 ISO 500. I was taking photos of old farm equipment and I kept hearing this loud/screeching vocal sound behind me. I turned around to find this curious fella 10 feet from me looking slightly annoyed by me presence. So I shot him...with my camera of course! The newly painted barn made an awesome contrasting background. Slight enhancement using PSE12.
