Night-time in the French Quarter of New Orleans is always alive and kinetic. This central location is full of moving vehicles and devices of various sorts. A long exposure encapsulates some of these kinetics, especially given the lights of moving cars that offset the waiting horse-drawn carriages. The sky was somewhat spooky that night, given a somewhat golden glow served up by cloud cover reflecting city lights.
