Adjustments in Lightroom 4 included a boost in the shadows to +79, slight exposure increase (+.6), boost in contrast (+10)reduction in the whites (-26) and highlights (-40), boost in clarity to +21, vibrance and saturation were increased to +10. Slight boost in the saturation and luminance of greens. Graduated filter applied in Lightoom across the bottom 20% of the image. The late afternoon sun put the riders in the shadows right at the finish line, so I had to get them in the sun immediately before the line for the best exposure. -Brian Phillips, Folsom, CA.
