Many years back a friend gave me this cephalopod, which has watched over my desk where I write and process photographs. This summer I had the chance to try an Olympus TG-5, and the ammonite seemed a willing subject, I swim, and the light under and over the water has always captivated me. TG-5, underwater setting, 5.6 at 1/1000. Raw file opened with Olympus software, the tif processed for light and shadow in Nikon Capture and CS-3.
