This was shot after midnight, in Mission Viejo, CA, using a Canon T3i, 18-55mm zoom lens, f/4.5, ISO 400, and 10 second shutter.
The idea behind the image was to show a world moving so fast, that it doesn't have time to help out someone cold and in need.
Also, since the shutter was open for 10 seconds, the gentleman in the shot had to hold perfectly still while the shutter was open, so as to capture the light trails, yet not be blurry himself.
