Living on the Prairies provides many opportunities for beautiful sunsets. This was one of those nights were as the sun is sinking into the horizon, you know that it is going to be one not to miss. So I hopped into my car and drove into the countryside. I found this corn field being silhouetted by this gorgeous colourful burning sunset. The resulting image is full of colour and presence. To ensure a sharp image, I did use a tripod with the camera set on self-timer in this instance. The image was shot basic processed through Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CS6. No special filters were used.
