"Swirlpools:" fallen leaves form various patterns in a creek near Sedona. Every moment in life is truly unique. Case in point was this photo and a series of other photos I took nearby. Every long-exposure photo I made, the leaves never duplicated their pattern. Sometimes, they formed circles, like in this image; sometimes more erratic shapes. It was a very interesting experience in that each time I shot, even if I didn't change my own settings from one to the next, I was not exactly sure what I was going to capture, since truly, no two moments were exactly alike.
