I was shooting over our local beach (Pensacola Beach, FL) with aerobatic pilot Skip Stewart. Canon 7D, Canon 18-135. I asked him to put it in knife edge flight, and this is the image that resulted. 64mm, 1/60th sec, ISO 200. We shot this out of another aircraft at about 150 feet over the water.
