The Dahlia is one of the last flowers to bloom in late summer. I intended to shoot an artsy bouquet but as I struggled with composition I was drawn closer and closer until I finally shot only a small part of one flower. I used French doors for lighting, Nikon D600, Micro Nikkor 105, 1/60", f/4.1, ISO 1600.
