The Salt Pans of Peru's Sacred Valley were first developed by a pre-Incan culture. They are still used today as individual holders source of salt. The shot was taken in April, 2014 using a Canon 5d Mark III and a Canon 16-35mm, f2.8L, f8 - 1/800 - ISO 200. Cropped and while balance using Adobe Bridge, contrast and sharpening in Photoshop CS6.
