Everyone my age (old) remembers the hot summer afternoons in the deep south. Rocking on the front porch was one way to get a bit cooler. The black and white version of this evoked memories that the color just couldn't. Color did not exist when I sat in these chairs.
Shot with my D-700, Nikkor 80-200 zoom, and opened in CS-2 with Nik Special Effex Pro for the B&W conversion. Exposure was 1/400@F/7.1
