The rising sun casts textured shadows across the sands of Roger Wheeler State Beach in Narragansett, R.I. as the waves roll smoothly into shore. I've been going to this beach since I was a child and shooting it since I took up photography 15 years ago. After I purchased my DJI Phantom 3 4K drone, I was amazed at the new perspective it provided of such a familiar location. This image was captured with an exposure of 1/500 at f/2.8 and ISO 100.
