I shot these Queen Anne's Lace (daucus carota, a.k.a. wild carrot, bird's nest and Bishop's Lace) blossoming by a wayside in Delaware County, Ohio. These summer flowers bloom white, but under a cloudy sky the scene takes on a blue hue.
