While doing a series of dark atmospheric shots around the waterfront and in downtown Seattle, I would head out with my camera every time there was fog or a "marine layer" covering the city. This is one of the better shots I got of the Port, showing the dark moodiness of Winter in Seattle. The Ferris wheel fits in visually with the other dark shapes of the boats and cranes.
