You caught the reflection with some foreground interest - terrific! However,I'm not sure what area you want the viewer to really focus on. . . The smoke/dust on the left?? I was trying to figure out what it was. Whatever it was, it drew my eye, but when I blocked it out, I saw the magic of the larger building and its reflection on the right. I wonder what would happen if you were to crop out the smoke?? Your photo makes me want to come to Ottowa.
