This store, located in New York's Greenwich Village, is one of the very few remaining old style candy stores which were once ubiquitous in the city.

They were all over the place when I was growing up in the Bronx (50s). Great to see that someone had the sense to capture one of them. Excellent shot. Tells a fading fast story.
