I went on a hike this morning during sunrise and caught this landscape view of what Nevada is all about. Even though some may think Nevada is nothing but a desert, there is still a lot of beauty just in color and detail with our state's mountainous landscape.

I shot this picture with a Nikon D800E, using a Nikon 24-70 1:2.8G ED (N) lens. Settings were IS0 100, f/8.0 @ 1/80 sec. Edited in Lightroom (5). Johnny Smith.
