Nature Photographer Captures Stunning Images of African Wildlife at Night Under Moonlit Skies
Brendon Cremer is a wildlife and nature photographer known for his stunning images of exotic animals in Africa. Among his most spectacular photographs are those in which he shoots his subjects by moonlight.
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Cremer was exposed to wildlife at an early age, and he says that even as a kid he could barely be kept indoors. As a student he was passionate about nature and was in charge of his school’s private game reserve.
After completing his studies Cremer went to work for the Matusadona National Park in northern Zimbabwe, and after an apprenticeship he became a professional safari guide.
Photography has always played an important role in Cremer’s life, and he now considers himself an adventurer, conservationist, guide and tour leader, as well as a wildlife photographer.
“What I like about photography,” he says, “is capturing a moment in time that’s gone forever and impossible to reproduce.”
Cremer has spent years capturing everything the African wilderness has to offer, and has paid special attention to big cats, their habits and their habitats.
