This boulder is well known in the Narrows-you know when you see it you are about to enter the last, dramatic part of Wall Street. I took this in the early afternoon when the walls really start to glow. I used a polarizer to smooth out the water and emphasize the flow lines around the rock. Equipment: Canon 5D MkIII, 17-40 mm lens, tripod, polarizer. Settings: ISO 100, f14, 13 sec exposure, 32mm.
